This is another one of my many O.C.s Vandal. Her appearance was long overdue.
And yes, the background is supposed to be Halloweentown, minus the buildings, pumpkins and gravestones.

Personality:

Vandal is a very odd individual. When asked to describe her, people often use the term ‘eccentric’, ‘loony’, ‘childish, and ‘intellectually impaired.

Vandal’s actual personality is very difficult, if not impossible, to determine. At one time, she may behave like a loon, while in other times, she may act childish, and seconds after, she may make an impression of Indiana Jones.

Indeed, she often behaves like she’s mentally ill, but she’s actually completely sane. When asked about her behaviour, she would reply “Being grown up is boring! Can you imagine acting so serious, mature, and boring ALL the time? I certainly can’t, so I often take several years and points of sanity off myself to keep things interesting. Sure it lands me in the slammers a few hundred times, but it’s still better than being boring.”

Whether she’s being loony, curious, or silly, she always have a cheerful and friendly behaviour.

However, her childishness belies a battle-hardened woman with extensive knowledge and experience of the musical art, hand-to-hand combat, parkour, firearms, and dwarven mechanics. Very few foes, and even fewer friends, have seen this side of her.

Abilities:

Being part siren, Vandal is able to use sound and sound alone to not only manipulate the minds of others, but also other elements. She can also use sound in its purest form to bowl through a crowd or blast a hole into a wall.

She is also capable of manipulating sounds created from other sources. This means she can alter the voice of others, remix voice-recorded messages, and even turn the footsteps of enemies into sonic bombs.

Vandal is a skilled gunslinger. Capable of using pistols, assault rifles, and combat shotguns, her skills are only second to RENEGADE's.

Also part Enderkind, she is able to bend reality however she likes. She can teleport, walk through solid objects, banish object from its current reality, and travel to other planes without the use of the TARDIS.

Vandal is a veteran practitioner of the art of parkour.

Due to living with dwarves for a portion of her previous life, she’s an expert when it comes to machinery, especially clockwork and steam-based ones.

Her hands had been surgically modified so that her jointed claws may retract.

 

Special:

A very well-known quirk of hers is that if one were to make unprotected eye contact for two seconds with her, she’ll enter a berserk-like trance very similar to those experienced by pure enderkind when unprotected eye contact is made with them. In this state, her adrenaline levels spike over three hundred percent, muscle mass greatly increase, skeletal structure alters drastically, claws sharpen to almost twenty-fold, her jaws widen, and a second mouth tears open between her legs. When this happens, she only has one goal in mind: Kill whoever made the eye contact. Only the death of her target, getting doused by water, and severe injury will end this rage, after which her body will return to its normal form. Otherwise, she’ll bash, slash, ploy, tear, and warp though anything to get to her target. This trance takes a toll on her mental state, so she’ll refrain from taking her glasses off even when it’s necessary.

 

Trivia:

-Despite being paired with Ruvik, they never work together on assassination contracts.

                -This is as much due to their lack of cooperation as it is due to their apparent dislike for each other.

-The gash on her chest was made by a very dark form of surgery. Because of this, not even Dr. Holiday, the Winter Watch’s best medic, can heal it, and it had to be stitched shut and cauterized every few days.

-She and Ruvik are often called the Planewalkers because of their mastery over extradimensional travel.

-Her heart’s ticking is so loud, she has to turn it off when sneaking.

                -She can survive for at least thirty minutes without a functioning heart.

-Vandal doesn’t burn in the rain, unlike a pure enderkind. Although she will try to stay dry at all costs.

-Vandal speaks in a subtle British accent, despite being German.

-it is she who gave Ruvik those massive scars on his chest. Ever since then, she now bathes blindfolded.

-Ruvik secretly fears her.

-Only Varrendel has ever referred to her by her real name. Most would prefer to call her Vandal instead of Gabriele.

-Because of her physical resilience, her way of thinking, and her fertility, Vandal was the unfortunate subject for most of Holiday’s experiments.

-It is still not known what the banana is actually for.

-Vandal’s mane is actually black with purple streaks. It’s been dyed red.

-Vandal almost always seem to wear a smile on her face. Nobody knows why, but many find this to be a disturbing feature.
